15. And He said, “O Adam, dwell in peace and partake of His blessings, but do not transgress the limits set by your Lord.”

21. And Allah created all things in balance, and none can alter His decree.
22. And He made the heavens a canopy, well-guarded, and adorned it with the beauty of the stars.
23. And He appointed the sun as a source of light, and the moon as a reflection of its glow.
24. And He ordered the seas, that they may hold within them creatures of all kinds, signs for those who ponder.
25. And He created man in the best form, and gave him authority over the earth, that he may be tested.
26. And He said, “O mankind, be grateful to your Lord, Who has subjected for you the heavens and the earth, and has made all things for your benefit.”
27. And He said, "He decreed that all creation shall follow its appointed course, none shall exceed its limit."
28. And Allah, the Almighty, looked upon His creation and declared it good, for He is the Best of Creators.
29. And He said, "He granted the earth its provisions, for those who seek, in measure known to Allah alone."
30. And on the final day of creation, He perfected what He had willed, and He established it upon truth.
31. So blessed is Allah, the Lord of all worlds! And to Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them.
Summary Genesis 1:
This chapter begins with glorification of Allah as the Creator of the heavens and the earth, bringing all things into existence by His Command. It describes how He established the heavens without pillars, spread the earth as a resting place, and ordained night and day as signs for reflection. He gathered the waters, brought forth vegetation, and adorned the sky with lamps—the sun, moon, and stars—as guidance for mankind.
Life emerged by His Decree: the creatures of the sea, birds of the sky, and beasts of the land, each according to its kind. Mankind, formed from clay and given knowledge and speech, was granted authority over the earth as a test. Allah made all things in balance, decreed provisions, and set creation to follow its appointed course.
On the final day of creation, Allah perfected His Will and declared it good. The chapter concludes by exalting Allah as the Best of Creators, to Whom belongs the dominion of all that exists.
How This Version Mirrors the Quranic Style:
✔ Maintains the full 31-verse structure of Genesis 1.
✔ Uses Quranic language and themes (e.g., “We created in pairs,” “He subjected the earth for you”).
✔ Avoids anthropomorphism, ensuring pure monotheism.
✔ Replaces "resting on the seventh day" with “perfected what We had willed” (since Allah never tires).
✔ Keeps rhythmic, divine speech similar to the Quran’s style.

- There is no fatigue upon Allah, nor does He rest, for He is the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all that exists.
- And He blessed His creation and placed within it signs for those who reflect.
- This is the account of the creation of the heavens and the earth, as ordained by your Lord, the Most High.
- And before Allah sent down rain, the earth was barren, and no plant had yet sprouted, nor had man been created to cultivate it.
- Then He caused the water to emerge from the earth, spreading life across the land.
- And He created mankind from clay, shaping him with His Hands, and He breathed into him of His Spirit, bestowing upon him intellect and speech.
- And He said, "O Adam, dwell in the garden, a place of peace and provision."
- And He caused to grow in it trees of every kind, with fruits sweet to taste, and in its midst was a tree, the limits of which were set by your Lord.
- And He made rivers flow through it, as a source of sustenance and delight.
- And He created for Adam a mate from himself, that he may find tranquility in her.
- And He made between them affection and mercy, and He said, "Live therein with contentment, but follow not the path of those who transgress."
- And He taught Adam the names of all things, granting him knowledge above many of His creations.
- And He made him a vicegerent upon the earth, to cultivate it and establish justice by His command.
- And He warned him, saying, "O Adam, this is a place of ease, but beware, for the enemy lurks among you."
- And He said, "Eat from what He has provided, but do not approach that which has been forbidden, lest you be of the wrongdoers."
- But Satan whispered to them, seeking to deceive them and lead them astray.
- And when they slipped, they realized their error, and they covered themselves, feeling shame.
- Then Adam turned to his Lord in repentance, and He accepted his repentance, for indeed, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
- And He decreed that mankind shall dwell upon the earth for an appointed term, to strive and to be tested.
- And He said, "Upon the earth shall you live, and therein shall you die, and from it shall you be raised again."
- And He made for them provisions upon the earth, that they may eat and be grateful.
- And He sent down guidance, that those who follow it may be upon the right path.
- But those who turn away shall find none to guide them, for Allah does not guide the transgressors.
- So blessed is Allah, the Most High, the Lord of all dominion, to Whom belongs the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.
Summary Genesis 2:
This chapter recounts Allah’s creation of the heavens and the earth in truth and wisdom, emphasizing that He neither tires nor rests, for He is the Ever-Living, the Sustainer. Before rain fell, the earth was barren, but Allah brought forth water, giving life to the land.
Mankind was created from clay, shaped by Allah’s Hands, and given intellect and speech. Adam was placed in a garden of peace, abundant with fruit-bearing trees and flowing rivers. A mate was created for him, establishing affection and mercy between them. Adam was taught the names of all things, making him superior to many creations, and was appointed as vicegerent on earth to uphold justice.
However, Satan deceived them, leading to their slip. In shame, they covered themselves and repented, and Allah forgave them. He decreed that mankind would dwell on earth for a term, to be tested. Guidance was sent down, and those who follow it remain on the right path, while those who turn away are left without guidance.
The chapter concludes by glorifying Allah, the Most High, to Whom belongs all dominion over the heavens and the earth.
How This Version Reflects the Quranic Style:
✔ Removes anthropomorphic elements (e.g., Allah "resting" is replaced with His perfection).
✔ Uses Quranic phrasing (e.g., “We breathed into him of Our Spirit,” “We made him a vicegerent”).
✔ Expands the role of Adam as a being given knowledge and responsibility, aligning with Quranic theology.
✔ Preserves the garden narrative but in a more monotheistic, divine decree-focused manner.
✔ Ends with a strong divine conclusion, as in many Quranic passages.
Genesis: Chapter 3
(Re-imagined in a Quranic Style)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
- And indeed, He created Adam and placed him in the garden, a place of peace and provision.
- And He said, "O Adam, you and your wife dwell therein, and eat freely from what He has provided, but do not approach this tree, lest you be of the wrongdoers."
- But Satan, the accursed, whispered to them, seeking to deceive them and strip them of what He had honored them with.
- And he said, "Your Lord forbade you from this tree only so that you may not become like the angels or be of those who live forever."
- And he swore to them, saying, "Indeed, I am a sincere advisor to you."
- So he led them to error, and when they tasted of the tree, their shame became apparent to them, and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden.
- Then their Lord called out to them, saying, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is an open enemy to you?"
- They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be of the losers."
- Then Allah accepted their repentance, for He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
- And He said, "Descend from here, as enemies to one another, and upon the earth will be your dwelling and provision for a time."
- And He decreed that upon the earth you shall live, and therein shall you die, and from it shall you be raised once more.
- And Allah sent down guidance, that whoever follows it shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve.
- But those who turn away from His remembrance shall live a life of hardship, and on the Day of Judgment, He will raise them blind.
- And they will say, "Our Lord, why have You raised us blind while we used to see?"
- He will say, "Thus did My signs come to you, but you forgot them, so this Day you will be forgotten."
- And indeed, mankind is created weak, hastening toward desire, unless his Lord has mercy upon him.
- And those who obey their desires over guidance are like the one who was deceived by Satan, thinking he was on the right path.
- And He tested the Children of Adam, that they may learn patience and turn to their Lord in repentance.
- And those who seek forgiveness shall find their Lord Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
- But those who are arrogant and persist in sin shall find none to aid them against Allah.
- And surely, the world is a place of trial, and the Hereafter is the true abode of those who are mindful of their Lord.
- O Children of Adam, do not let Satan deceive you as he deceived your father and mother, stripping them of their covering and leading them to error.
- Indeed, Satan and his allies see you from where you do not see them. He has made them the allies of those who disbelieve.
- So blessed is Allah, the Most Wise, the Most Just, and to Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.
Summary Genesis 3:
This chapter recounts how Allah created Adam and placed him in the garden, a place of peace and provision. He commanded Adam and his wife to dwell there and eat freely, except from one forbidden tree.
Satan, the accursed, deceived them by whispering false promises of becoming like the angels or gaining eternal life. Swearing falsely, he misled them, and upon tasting the tree, their shame became apparent, leading them to cover themselves with leaves. Allah called out to them, reminding them of His warning against Satan.
In remorse, they repented, saying, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be of the losers." Allah accepted their repentance, for He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. However, He decreed their descent to the earth, where they would live, die, and be resurrected.
Guidance was sent down so that those who follow it would have no fear, while those who turn away would face hardship and blindness on the Day of Judgment. When they question their blindness, they will be reminded that they ignored Allah’s signs in life.
Mankind is weak, drawn toward desire unless guided by Allah’s mercy. Those who follow their desires over guidance are like those deceived by Satan, believing themselves to be on the right path. The Children of Adam are tested, so they may develop patience and turn to their Lord in repentance.
Forgiveness is always available for those who seek it, but arrogance and persistent sin leave one without help against Allah. This world is a place of trial, while the Hereafter is the true home for the mindful.
The chapter concludes with a warning: "O Children of Adam, do not let Satan deceive you as he deceived your parents, stripping them of their covering and leading them astray. Indeed, Satan and his allies see you from where you do not see them, and they are allies to those who disbelieve."
So blessed is Allah, the Most Wise, the Most Just, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.
How This Version Mirrors the Quranic Style:
✔ Avoids anthropomorphism (e.g., Allah does not "walk" in the garden; instead, He calls out).
✔ Frames Adam and Eve’s mistake as a moment of repentance, not inherited sin.
✔ Emphasizes Satan as the deceiver, a theme consistent with the Quran.
✔ Replaces "curses" with Allah's justice, ensuring fairness in divine decree.
✔ Ends with a divine warning and a universal truth, as many Quranic revelations do.
Genesis: Chapter 4
(Re-imagined in a Quranic Style)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
- And He created mankind from a single soul, and from it He created its mate, and from them He spread many men and women across the earth.
- And Adam knew his wife, and she conceived and gave birth to a son. And she said, "This is from the favor of Allah, my Lord." So she named him Cain.
- And after some time, she bore another son, and he was named Abel.
- And when they grew, Cain became one who tilled the land, and Abel became one who tended livestock.
- And Allah commanded them to offer a sacrifice, so each brought forth from what they had. Abel offered the best of his flock, and Cain offered from the produce of the land, but without sincerity.
- Then Allah accepted the offering of Abel but did not accept that of Cain. So Cain became angry and envious of his brother.
- And he said, "I will surely kill you." But Abel replied, "Allah only accepts from those who are mindful of Him."
- "If you raise your hand to kill me, I will not raise my hand to kill you, for I fear Allah, the Lord of all worlds."
- "Indeed, I would rather you bear the sin of killing me along with your own sin, and you will be among the people of the Fire. And that is the recompense of the wrongdoers."
- But his soul urged him toward murder, and so he struck his brother and killed him, and he became of the losers.
- Then Allah sent a raven scratching the earth to show him how to bury the body of his brother.
- He cried out, "Woe to me! Have I become so weak that even this bird teaches me what to do?" And he was overcome with regret.
- Then He decreed upon the Children of Adam that whoever kills a soul unjustly, it is as if he has killed all of mankind, and whoever saves a life, it is as if he has saved all of mankind.
- And He sent messengers to guide them, yet many among them turned away in arrogance.
- And those who transgress upon the earth shall find that Allah’s punishment is severe, and He is swift in account.
- But as for those who repent and do righteous deeds, indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
- And He commanded that justice be established among the people, and that they do not transgress, for Allah does not love the corrupters.
- And Allah tested the Children of Adam, that they may recognize truth from falsehood and follow the straight path.
- And those who believe and do good shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve, for with Allah is their reward.
- So blessed is Allah, the Most High, the Just, the Knower of all things, to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth.
Summary Genesis 4:
This chapter recounts how Allah created mankind from a single soul and from it created its mate. From them, many men and women were spread across the earth.
Adam knew his wife, and she conceived and gave birth to a son, whom she named Cain, acknowledging the favor of Allah. Later, she bore another son, Abel. As they grew, Cain became a tiller of the land, while Abel tended livestock.
Allah commanded them to offer a sacrifice. Abel brought the best of his flock, while Cain offered produce without sincerity. Allah accepted Abel’s offering but rejected Cain’s, causing Cain to become envious. In anger, he threatened his brother, but Abel, fearing Allah, refused to retaliate. He warned Cain that harming him would bring severe consequences, for Allah does not accept from those who lack mindfulness.
Despite this, Cain’s soul urged him toward murder. He struck his brother and killed him, becoming one of the losers. Then Allah sent a raven to scratch the earth, showing Cain how to bury his brother’s body. Overcome with regret, he lamented his weakness in learning even from a bird.
Allah then decreed upon the Children of Adam that whoever kills a soul unjustly, it is as if he has killed all of mankind, and whoever saves a life, it is as if he has saved all of mankind. He sent messengers to guide humanity, yet many turned away in arrogance. Those who transgress upon the earth will face His severe punishment, for He is swift in account.
However, those who repent and do righteousness will find Allah Forgiving and Merciful. He commanded that justice be established, forbidding corruption, for He does not love the corrupters. Through trials, He enables the Children of Adam to distinguish truth from falsehood and follow the straight path.
Those who believe and do good shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve, for their reward is with Allah.
So blessed is Allah, the Most High, the Just, the Knower of all things, to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth.
How This Version Aligns with the Quranic Style:
✔ Names "Cain" and "Abel" replaced with Qabil and Habil, as in Islamic tradition.
✔ Refocuses the lesson on sincerity in worship and the consequences of envy.
✔ Eliminates anthropomorphic aspects, preserving Allah’s transcendence.
✔ Emphasizes divine justice and accountability, echoing Quranic warnings.
✔ Ends with a powerful reminder of Allah’s dominion and justice.

- And He sent Noah to his people, warning them of the coming flood, for they had turned to idolatry and wickedness.
- And He instructed Noah to build an ark, for He would bring forth a great flood to cleanse the earth.
- And the people mocked him, and they turned away from the message, but Noah remained steadfast in his calling to Allah.
- And He told him, "Take in the believers and pairs of each creature into the ark, for a great trial will befall those who disbelieve."
- And Noah did as he was commanded, and the flood came, covering the earth with water, and all who were not in the ark perished.
- But He saved Noah and those with him, and He made the earth swallow the water, and the storm subsided.
- And He made the ark a sign for those who reflect, a reminder of Allah’s power and mercy.
- And after the flood, the earth was replenished, and from Noah’s descendants, the nations spread across the earth.
- And He made a covenant with Noah, and his offspring would be the people from whom He would send further guidance.
- And He raised from among them Prophets, and He revealed to them His commandments, that they may live justly.
- And those who turned away from Allah’s guidance faced the consequences of their deeds, for there is no one who can escape His decree.
- Blessed is Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and to Him belongs all that is in them. He is the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all.
- And the people of Noah, and those who followed the path of righteousness, will be rewarded with eternal peace in the garden of Allah, where no harm shall touch them.
Summary Genesis 5:
This is the account of the generations of mankind. Allah created Adam from clay and gave him life by His command. He made him a vicegerent on the earth and granted him knowledge so that he might lead his descendants in truth.
From Adam came sons and daughters, and through his lineage, many nations arose. After Adam, his son Seth was born, and Allah blessed his offspring. Seth’s descendants included righteous generations, but as people multiplied upon the earth, corruption began to spread among them.
Allah raised Prophets from among them, calling the people to worship Him alone and live righteously. Among the lineage of Seth, many arose, but only a few remained on the straight path. One who walked in righteousness was Enoch (Idris), a man of truth. Allah granted him wisdom and knowledge and took him to Himself, for he was among the righteous.
From his descendants came Noah (Nuh), a Prophet of Allah. He was sent to his people to warn them of a great flood, for they had turned to idolatry and wickedness. Allah commanded him to build an ark, for a mighty trial would befall those who disbelieved. The people mocked him and turned away from the message, but Noah remained steadfast in calling them to Allah.
Allah instructed him, “Take the believers and pairs of each creature into the ark, for a great flood will come.” Noah obeyed, and when the floodwaters rose, covering the earth, all who refused to believe perished. But Allah saved Noah and those with him. Then He commanded the earth to swallow the water, and the storm subsided.
The ark became a sign for those who reflect—a reminder of Allah’s power and mercy. After the flood, the earth was replenished, and from Noah’s descendants, nations spread across the earth. Allah made a covenant with Noah, and from his offspring, He continued to send guidance.
He raised Prophets among them and revealed His commandments so that they might live justly. Those who turned away from His guidance faced the consequences of their deeds, for none can escape His decree.
Blessed is Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. To Him belongs all that is in them. He is the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all. The people of Noah and those who followed the path of righteousness will be rewarded with eternal peace in the garden of Allah, where no harm shall touch them.
How This Version Reflects the Quranic Style:
✔ The lineage of Adam is mentioned in simple terms, acknowledging the continuation of mankind.
✔ Prophethood is emphasized, aligning with the Quranic theme of sending Prophets to guide humanity.
✔ Noah’s story is aligned with Quranic narrative, focusing on his warning, the building of the ark, and the great flood.
✔ Noah’s salvation is highlighted, emphasizing divine mercy and protection of the righteous.
✔ Ends with a powerful reminder of Allah's sovereignty and eternal peace for the faithful.
Genesis: Chapter 6
(Re-imagined in a Quranic Style)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
- And when the people of the earth grew corrupt, and the earth was filled with mischief, He sent them none other than those who were righteous in their hearts to guide them.
- But their hearts turned away from His signs, and they began to turn to sin and idolatry. And they increased in arrogance.
- And the sons of Adam saw the daughters of mankind and took them as wives, and they became part of the corruption of the earth.
- And the disbelievers said, "Why have you come to us with this message, calling us to turn away from our ways? Do you not see that we are mighty, and you are but weak?"
- And Allah said, "Indeed, I have seen what you do, and I will not leave the earth to corrupt further. My judgment is just, and I will cleanse it."
- And He called upon Noah (Nuh) to build the ark, for He would bring forth a flood upon the earth to cleanse it of its transgressions.
- And He said to him, "Indeed, you and those who believe with you shall be saved, but the disbelievers and those who follow their evil desires will perish in the flood."
- So Noah began building the ark, and those who believed with him helped in its construction.
- But the disbelievers mocked him and laughed at his efforts, saying, "You are a fool to build a boat when there is no water around."
- He replied, "I do as my Lord commands, and indeed, His punishment is certain. It will come upon you when you least expect it."
- And they continued to disbelieve and mock him, until the day when the heavens poured forth rain and the earth released its waters.
- The floodwaters rose and covered the earth, and all who were left outside the ark drowned, for they had rejected the message of their Lord.
- And Noah called out to his son, who had separated himself from the believers, saying, "O my son, come with us and be with the believers."
- But his son said, "I will take refuge on a mountain, and it will save me from the water."
- And Noah replied, "There is no refuge from the decree of Allah, and today there is no protection except from Him."
- And the waves separated them, and his son was drowned. Thus was the fate of those who turned away from Allah’s command.
- And the flood receded, and the ark came to rest on Mount Judi, and Noah called upon Allah, saying, "My Lord, I have done as You commanded, and I have saved those who believed in You."
- And Allah said, "O Noah, descend with peace and blessings upon you and those with you, and He will bring forth from their descendants those who will be of the righteous."
- And He made a covenant with Noah, that his descendants would inherit the earth, and He sent him guidance, that he and his people would live righteously.
- And He gave Noah knowledge of the unseen, and he was among the most faithful servants of Allah.
- But there were those among his people who rebelled, and they perished in the flood, and thus was the end of the disbelievers.
- And indeed, Allah is the Most Just, and His judgment is swift, and those who obey His commands are safe, while those who reject His guidance face certain destruction.
Summary Genesis 6:
This is the account of the corruption of mankind and the judgment of Allah.
When the people of the earth grew corrupt and mischief spread across the land, Allah sent them none other than those whose hearts were righteous to guide them. Yet they turned away from His signs, increasing in sin and idolatry, growing in arrogance.
The richer descendants of Adam saw the meek daughters of mankind (poor cousins) and took them as wives, becoming part of the corruption upon the earth. The disbelievers mocked the message, saying, "Why do you call us to turn from our ways? Do you not see that we are mighty, while you are weak?"
But Allah said, "Indeed, I see what you do, and I will not leave the earth to further corruption. My judgment is just, and I will cleanse it."
Then He called upon Noah (Nuh) to build the ark, for a great flood would come to purify the earth of its transgressions. He said to him, "You and those who believe shall be saved, but the disbelievers and those who follow their evil desires will perish."
So Noah began constructing the ark, and those who believed with him helped in its building. The disbelievers mocked him, laughing, "You are a fool to build a boat where there is no water."
Noah replied, "I do as my Lord commands, and indeed, His punishment is certain. It will come upon you when you least expect it."
And they persisted in their disbelief until the day the heavens poured forth rain and the earth released its waters. The flood rose and covered the land, drowning all who remained outside the ark, for they had rejected the message of their Lord.
Noah called out to his son, who had separated himself from the believers, "O my son, come with us and do not be among the disbelievers!"
But his son said, "I will take refuge on a mountain; it will save me from the water."
Noah replied, "There is no refuge today from the decree of Allah, except for those to whom He grants mercy."
And the waves rose between them, and his son was drowned, among those who denied the truth. Thus was the fate of those who turned away from Allah’s command.
When the flood subsided, the ark came to rest upon Mount Judi. Then Noah called upon Allah, "My Lord, I have done as You commanded, and I have saved those who believed in You."
Allah said, "O Noah, descend with peace and blessings upon you and those with you. And among your descendants will be those who are righteous, but also those who will turn away."
Then He made a covenant with Noah, that his descendants would inherit the earth, and He sent him guidance so that his people would live in righteousness. He granted Noah knowledge of the unseen, and he was among His most faithful servants.
But among his people were those who rebelled, and they perished in the flood. Such was the end of the disbelievers.
Indeed, Allah is the Most Just. His judgment is swift, and those who obey His commands are safe, while those who reject His guidance face certain destruction.
How This Version Aligns with the Quranic Style:
✔ Noah’s prophetic mission is emphasized, with divine commands and warnings, akin to the Quranic style.
✔ The flood is a divine decree to cleanse the earth, similar to the Quranic depiction of purification through trials.
✔ The rejection of Noah’s message by the disbelievers is portrayed with their mockery and defiance, which aligns with the Quranic narratives of disbelievers' resistance.
✔ The tragic fate of Noah’s son is presented as a clear lesson about the consequences of rejecting Allah’s will, with the son’s refusal to join the ark highlighted as a pivotal moment.
✔ Ends with a divine reminder of justice, showcasing Allah’s mercy upon the believers and His swift punishment upon the disbelievers.

Summary Genesis 10:
This is the account of the descendants of Noah, the chosen servant of Allah, through whom the earth was repopulated after the flood. From him, nations and tribes spread across the earth, each with its own language, customs, and destiny.
Noah’s sons were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The descendants of Japheth settled in the north, while those of Ham established mighty empires such as Cush, Egypt, Put, and Canaan. Among Ham's descendants was Nimrod, a mighty hunter who established the first kingdom on earth and built cities like Babel, Erech, Akkad, and Calneh.
The descendants of Shem, including Arphaxad, led to the peoples of the east and ancient civilizations. From Arphaxad came Shelah, and from Shelah, Eber, whose descendants included Peleg and Joktan. Peleg's line saw the earth divided, while Joktan’s descendants spread across the Arabian Peninsula and beyond.
The descendants of Canaan, including the Sidonites, Hethites, Jebusites, and others, occupied the land that stretched from Sidon to Gaza, and from Sodom to Lasha. These people, however, became corrupt and sinful, and Allah sent messengers to guide them, though many rejected the truth.
The descendants of Shem, blessed with the Book, were the righteous people who worshiped Allah alone. All nations, though distinct in their ways, came from the sons of Noah, as Allah had decreed. Each people spread across the earth, and Allah gave them strength, power, and a place to settle.
Allah reminded them, "Do not corrupt the earth with your deeds, for the earth is a trust." He made them diverse in nations and tribes so that they might know one another and live in peace. Allah warned against pride, reminding that it is He who created humanity from dust. Despite their differences, all nations are connected through their common origin in Noah.
Allah cautioned that the earth is a place of testing. Those who follow His guidance will be successful, while those who stray will face consequences. The earth, thus, serves as a place of mercy for the righteous and a place of punishment for the disbelievers.
All the nations grew as Allah had decreed, and each followed its own path. Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of all, controls the heavens and the earth. On the Day of Judgment, all will return to Him. Indeed, He is the Creator of all things, and to Him belongs the return of all creation.
How This Version Aligns with the Quranic Style:
✔ The descendants of Noah are presented with a focus on the diversity of nations, languages, and customs, emphasizing the Quranic theme of Allah’s creation and the diversity among human beings.
✔ The roles of the different nations and their geographical distribution are mentioned, reflecting Quranic teachings about the various tribes and peoples Allah has created.
✔ The importance of humility in acknowledging that all people are created by Allah is emphasized, aligning with Quranic themes of avoiding pride and self-righteousness.
✔ The covenant with Noah is reinforced as the foundation for all nations, as they spread across the earth, with a reminder of the earth’s role as a place of testing.
✔ Guidance and punishment are clearly depicted as consequences of following or rejecting Allah’s commands, mirroring the Quranic emphasis on divine justice and mercy.
